How the service works

Families submit a request through the platform.

The Athens Babysitters team assesses the family's needs and suggests suitable babysitters from the available network.

The final decision to collaborate is made solely by the family and the babysitter.

User obligations

Users must:

• provide accurate information
• use the service in good faith
• not mislead the platform or other users
• comply with applicable law

Matching Service

The subscription relates to the matching service and not to the provision of babysitting.

Athens Babysitters does not guarantee:

• a specific number of suggestions
• a specific timeframe for finding a babysitter
• that a collaboration will be entered into

The service relates to assessing needs and suggesting suitable candidates.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for:

• the conduct of babysitters
• the conduct of families
• damage or disputes arising between the parties
• the accuracy of information declared by users

Liability is limited exclusively to the connection and matching service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Certain platform services may be provided on a subscription basis.

Charges, duration, and renewal terms are set out on the relevant pricing page.

Payment relates to the matching service and not to the babysitter's remuneration.

Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of registration.

Cancellation of a subscription does not affect services that have already been provided.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• logos
• text
• design
• graphics
• software

is the intellectual property of Athens Babysitters or its lawful rights holders.

Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

The courts of Athens have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
